On behalf of the entire Dining Services staff, we are delighted to welcome you to Fisk University. We are looking forward to an exciting year ahead. We feel that we have one of the finest dining programs available to college campuses and implement an innovative program with plenty of special events, promotions and a variety of daily menu options. Our program is specifically designed for you, whether you are on the go, an early riser or casual diner. We are sure to have what you want.
Sodexo Hospitality is constantly working to keep up with the ever-changing trends in campus dining. We are able to offer a terrific mix of traditional menu options such as Origins, Sandwich Central and The Fresh Grille. The Sub Shop will include delicious hot and cold sub sandwiches for you to grab while you are on the go.

Campus Dining
Our Campus provides numerous meal options that will align with any student's needs. Throughout our facility students can also find suggestion boxes that are checked regularly so that we are meeting all standards and providing an exceptional dining experience.

Our meal plans are been designed to accommodate the various needs of our students. With our meal plan, you will have the option of eating up to 19 meals on campus each week.

Catering Services
Fisk Catering Services is committed to making your event a success. Our team of catering professionals is available to assist you in planning every aspect of your event. Our culinary team has designed a variety of menus to fit a wide range of tastes and budgets, including regional ingredients, university favorites, and specialty items. Should you desire a customized menu for your event, we will be happy to meet with you to create a special menu for your specific needs. Our goal is to provide you with the freshest selections of food items, beautifully displayed, served professionally by our highly trained staff as we strive to exceed the expectations of every single guest.
Planning on having a party? We can help! We offer breakfast buffets, lunch, dinner, a la carte menu, side items, fruit salads, salads, reception menus, hot hors d'oeuvres, dinner buffets, desserts, gourmet cakes, beverages and snack items.
